The 12” display with a touch panel enables easy access to main functions and clear presentation of the most important information during operation, e.g. current mass value, current statistics, production line throughput and function keys.
Measurement Speed and Precision
The mass measurement using DWM checkweigher is carried out with 0.01 g accuracy and with the use of electromagnetic module.
Databases
DWM checkweigher features database based on SQL system. The database stores lists of products, operators, labels and reports on carried out measurements. The checkweigher can be managed centrally.
Cooperation with Central Database System
E2R software enables synchronization of local databases with central database. With this, it is possible to preview and manage data using the computer of weighing system’s administrator. This enables automatic data update on scales operating in lines.
Compliance with Global Standards
DWM checkweighers feature type approval certificate compliant with MID directive, and tests carried out in accordance with OIML R51. Checkweigher software enables creating different permissions levels for operators and registers operations carried out on the scale and possible errors occurring during operation. Due to the use of AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel, the checkweigher can be used in the field of food production after obtaining a respective certificate.
